Nigerian singer Shoday continues a busy 2026 run with “MOVE,” a new Afrobeats single arriving months after the release of his debut album HYBRID.
The record takes a more movement-focused direction, keeping its attention on rhythm, confidence and a lively social setting. It follows the July release of Nakupenda: I Love You Summer Pack, extending a year in which Shoday has remained consistently active.
“MOVE” is shaped for immediate impact, with a rhythm-led approach and melodic vocal delivery carrying the record. The arrangement keeps the energy forward and gives the hook enough space to drive the song without unnecessary complexity.
Shoday enters this release with stronger mainstream footing following the chart success of “Paparazzi” with FOLA and a 2026 Headies Next Rated nomination. That growing profile gives the single a solid audience to meet as he expands his catalogue beyond HYBRID.
